1. Services Overview

I provide custom software development, technical consulting, MVP development, and digital products. These terms govern all services and purchases made through this website.

2. Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product:

  • You receive a license to use the product for personal or commercial projects
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code
  • You receive updates for the lifetime of the product
  • Support is provided via email for technical issues

3. Custom Development Services

For custom development projects:

  • All projects begin with a detailed scope and written agreement
  • Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals
  • Code ownership transfers to you upon final payment
  • I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

4. Consulting Services

Technical consulting is billed hourly or at a fixed project rate as agreed. Consultations are confidential, and any proprietary information shared remains protected.

5. Refund Policy

For digital products:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product doesn't work as described
  • Due to the digital nature, refunds are not provided for "change of mind"

For services, refund terms are specified in individual contracts.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred:

  • I retain ownership of pre-existing code, tools, and methodologies
  • Client-specific work is owned by the client upon full payment
  • Third-party components remain under their respective licenses

7. Limitation of Liability

My services are provided "as is." I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Communication

Primary communication is via email. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours on business days. For urgent matters during active projects, response times are outlined in project agreements.

9. Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to existing customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then mediation if necessary.
